Having started as a subcontractor in the house building industry, Jewel Builders Ltd moved into the domestic sector and our track record of success in house extensions and renovations began.
Whether it is a small house extension, a large extension, a new build or a conversion of an existing building we are the right people for your project. With over 30 years of successful projects and several building awards, you won't find a better company to complete your project on time, on budget and with care in every detail.
We use contracts supplied by the Federation of Master Builders (click to visit) which have the Crystal Mark Clarity award and are approved by the Plain English Campaign. Any job we carry out will have the relevant applicable contract, in plain English, that sets out what you can expect from us and what your obligations are as a client.
We work closely with local Building Control so each stage of the your project is signed off accordingly. All our teams are professionally qualified to the necessary standards, including Trustmark. TrustMark is a Government backed initiative to help consumers find reliable and trustworthy builders and specialist tradespeople to carry out repairs, inside and outside the home.
This was a medium sized extension and renovation project for a current client. The work involved demolishing the existing 3 port garage and associated out houses and replacing with a large two-storey extension to the existing house. The extension also required the incorporation of an existing outdoor swimming pool and covering with a new building to allow swimming all year round.
