We transformed the original lounge into the new kitchen space, We stripped the fabric of the room to brickwork and opened up the ceiling and exposed the internal brick walls. This allowed us to install the electrical fixtures by our qualified electrician, lighting and radiators to the clients specific design.
The work that Graham and his team carried out in our house has totally transformed our lives. They moved our kitchen to a different room in the house and made our downstairs open plan so that we can all be together as a family. Graham constructed a large kitchen extension at the rear of our bungalow in Knowle, Solihull. He also converted the garage into a new bedroom. Graham and his team worked on our property solely so they could give us their best attention. The work was finished to a very high standard and completed within a reasonable time span.

From start to finish, Graham and his team worked alongside the kitchen designers and fitters to ensure the kitchen/dining room conversion was completed to the highest standard and on time.
Having contractors on site can be stressful, however Morrall Construction are a genuinely lovely and great team to have a major project completed. As you have to spend a significant time together, the interaction and Manner in which you work alongside each other is key. This, in conjunction with the standard of work, as well as sensible managing of costs, ensured we were 100% happy with the outcome of the project

My husband and I bought a bungalow in Solihull. The work included the construction of a kitchen and a large porch extension, renovations and modernising throughout and a new bathroom. We were very happy with Graham and his building team. They worked everyday through the winter and added the large kitchen extension that created a wonderful open kitchen space with fantastic bi-fold doors leading into the garden. We wanted a modern design with large floor to ceiling windows, our plans had been drawn and we modified them with the help of Graham.
Graham took me to view his work at a clients property in Balsall Common.
I loved what he had done there and had my architect change the drawings to a more modern look with aluminium doors that opened the rear of the extension up rather than the old fashioned upvc french doors.
