I was locked out of my home one evening when the mechanics broke down the side of my PVC front door. Paul the engineer, was with me in about 15 minutes. He was reassuring and helpful. He was able to fix new mechanics into the door within an hour of arrival. Meaning I was able to be indoors safely before it got dark. I'm incredibly grateful that he was so prompt as I know he even left his dinner to help me. I would 100% recommend him.
