We will remove your old appliance provided it is disconnected and ready to remove at time of delivery, if a refrigeration appliance is being removed, please ensure that all food and large ice deposits are removed - if it is not ready and we need to come back at a later date this will incur an additional charge (normally the same as the original delivery charge).

We popped in to buy a serviceable cheap kettle we knew which model we wanted the Beko at 24.99 very competitively priced.
The member of staff was very polite and helpful and a great ambassador for the shop.
The lay out of the shop is nice and it's well maintained and clean with a good range of stock many white goods on display in a really good eye-catching manner.

Initially the shop floor guy was helpful but then disappeared, we chose a refrigerator (they had 2 in stock) and paid for it. I popped into the store 2 days later to ask if the doors could be changed round and handles left off, only to find the refrigerator was no longer on the shop floor. So clearly I was getting the floor model and not a brand new one. I was told that "they had no idea whether I was getting a brand new one or the shop floor model" Why ? There was no customer care, they didn't seem bothered or even care to sort out a new one, that they apparently had in stock. The shop floor had

Really impressed by QDA. Two nights ago our washing machine suddenly went kaput. Phoned QDA first thing in morning, identified suitable replacement and within 48 hours, I have had old WM disconnected and taken away and new Hotpoint WM installed. The job took the QDA guys half an hour from start to finish! So much better than my past experiences with large national retailers . Good all-in price too. Highly recommend! Cathy Roberts

The staff were very friendly and helpful,plenty of choice and good prices. The dishwasher arrived on time and was installed efficiently and the fitter was very tidy,polite and helpful.
We have been customers of QDA for over 30 years now and have always found them to be far more helpful and knowledgeable than larger well known retailers.
