We had new windows and bi-folding door fitted by west Windows southall last week and we are delighted. The windows are beautiful, the fitters were great and did a lovely job. I was not disappointed, the price was very reasonable, the quality of windows really good, the level of service from start to finish was truly professional, thank you Mr Singh! Perfectly constructed and installed no complaints in fact i am having the whole house done after the extension.

They part delivered. Due to covid, my build delayed. They said I could pick up outstanding parts, trickle vent and handle, plus keys to windows the fixed.
Suddenly, I am told... you're too late to collect the parts. Went down to shop in North road, told I must have lost the bits and I could purchase them....and pay. I refused as within a year there consumer rights and there is no sell by date on window parts! They had them in stock, but suddenly changed their attitude to extricate more money, calling me a liar about not receiving them.
I took umbrage...and the sales person was rude, shouting
