From start to finish I have been very impressed with Insulation Direct who made the ordering and fitting of my loft insulation very easy. Danny and Allan who fitted it today were polite, professional and cleared up when they had finished. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very pleased with the service. I insulation a suspended floor under the Green Homes Grant. Given the amount of time it took to get the grant was expecting to have to wait until the summer for an installation, I was stunned they fitted me in before the end of January. All the people I've dealt with at this company have been friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. And my feet are warm for the first time since I moved into my house! Brilliant, thank you guys.

It is nice to find hard working, polite, courteous, friendly and highly competent tradesmen. Two guys finished loft insulation and under floor insulation in my bungalow in around 5 hours- hardly stopped working even for a coffee and did a great job-I am so pleased. We moved some of the lighter pieces of furniture but the guys worked around the big stuff. Nothing was too much trouble. I took advantage of the Government Grant program and I cannot believe how inexpensive it was. I give Insulation Direct - the company and the two guys who did the work 10 out of 10.

Applied to get our suspended wooden floors insulated on a green homes grant scheme. Company were very professional from the outset with good communications and interactions throughout. Initial installation went smoothly, a follow up inspection from the boss resulted in a few further bits being done pipe lagging. Conversation with Nathan revealed that this family business is thorough and ethical often refusing jobs where people are trying to pull a fast one with the govt grant, etc. I have no hesitation in recommending Insulation Direct as an excellent and trustworthy company to do business with

I contacted Nathan RE my loft having condensation he was very prompt to reply and knew what the issue would be straight away. He sent an engineer out a day later and supplied extra vents to my loft to help provide more ventilation. The engineer was polite and very good at explaining the issues we had and why.
I would use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

This company was contracted out to install our underfloor insulation so we didn't contact them personally. The 2 lads turned up on time, with Covid masks on (without being asked) and straight away got stuck into the job. They informed us asto what was happening throughout and didn't stop from the moment they got here. Ben & Rich are a credit to the company and good hard working lads. Would recommend this company if you need good insulation and great work ethic! Many thanks guys, Paul & Joanne

I had loft insulation and under floor insulation installed today by Rich and his work mate. I feel like they went above and beyond to get the job done. I had a leak that I didn't know about and they quickly mended it whilst they were under the floor. I also had lots of stuff in my loft that I was unable to move myself. Rich and his partner, worked around the mess and managed to complete the job in a timely manner. They were both very pleasant and very courteous. My little one was napping the whole time and they were very careful not to make too much noise, without me even asking. I am very pleased

Room in roof insulation: The team were just phenomenal, booked me in quickly. Came on time. Honoured and completed the job despite it being a more complex than first expected. Kelly in the office is so friendly, and efficient, she kept me fully abreast of progress. Great customer service. And room in roof wasn’t as expensive as I thought, I was imagining it would be £5k upwards, it wasn’t! Now I can actually sleep in the attic bedrooms in the winter without wondering if my toes will get frost bite. I can not fault Bobby & Ben, the lads who carried the work out. They were well mannered and very respectful of my home and it's contents, and it was clear that they put my family's safety and well-being before anything else.
They even offered to hoover the carpets!!!
I would not hesitate recommending this company to carry out any insulation work, and it would be a bonus to anyone if they get these lads working in their home.
