In 2007 the company started it's Rotherham based operation as a division of Nevron Insulation focusing on trace heating and the manufacture of removable insulated covers. Since then, the business has grown substantially, becoming a leading provider of solutions for the water utility and biomass markets.
Jade Insulation are one of the leading trace heating and insulation contractors that specialise in providing nationwide coverage to the water utility market. Working directly with water utility companies, tier one providers and M&E sub-contractors, Jade Insulation has the capability and experience to tackle all water utility requirements for Sewage Treatment and Waste Water Treatment applications.
Jade Insulation have completed numerous waste to energy biomass projects in recent years, ranging from small projects of 2MW (KW) to larger 10MW installations. We can provided a dedicated site team for new build installations for the insulation of bag houses, economisers, silos, ducting, vessels, pipework and plant.
Jade offer various industrial insulation directly from our manufacturing facility in Rotherham. Our Insulation solutions consist of removable insulated covers, trace heating, section, metal cladding and ductwork. Applications include pipework, tanks, vessel, boilers, silos and more. At Jade we provide straight forward, affordable, bespoke solutions to a wide variety of problems.
Jade provide a complete winterisation package to prepare for the cold weather to come. Cold winters cause extensive problems with pipe work, pumps, valves and associated plant. The effects of frost damage can be expensive to repair, sometimes causing significant downtime in operations. Static contents and small diameter pipework are the most at risk of freezing quickly.
