Created a new aperture in my ceiling, installed new loft ladder & boarded out the floor in the loft. Great service and would recommend if you need any work doing to your loft area.

I would not recommend Utiliselofts. Provided quote and a date to complete the work which was two weeks later. I texted Steve 24 hours before asking him to confirm approx what time he would arrive no response - On the morning I texted several times and several calls no response. Looking Yell very similar review. Good salesman and why I waited two weeks despite being despite for the work to take place which Steve knew as we had a newborn and needed the extra space.

Steve and his crew have just finished our loft. To say we are pleased is an understatement. They completed the job in the time stated to a very high standard. All of the builders and trades were a credit to Utilise not just with the high standard of work completed but in the way they conducted themselves on the job. Nothing was too much trouble for them and when we changed our mind over a couple of things it was not a problem and Steve would be there to sort it out for us.
We could not recommend them highly enough.
