Combi Boiler A combi boiler is a water heater and central heating boiler in a single compact unit. Combi boilers heat water directly from the mains when you turn on a tap. There are no tanks. I had a new boiler installed by WPJ in October after the previous one had ceased working. The quotation I received for the work was explanatory and detailed. I am pleased to say that the engineers who fitted the boiler (Guy, assisted by Josh) were timely, professional, and hard working throughout the job. I would definately consider WPJ for any future work. Thank you

A class operation for a boiler replacement: a careful inspection by a knowledgeable representative of this South London firm, a quote that beat the much-hyped online companies, and a diligent and determined engineer (Kevin Bartlett) who sorted a variety of problems presented by my ageing central heating system - and despite the installation taking a lot longer than expected, no extra charges. Highly recommended!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
We used WPJ Heating for a long overdue boiler service and maintenance where issues were starting to surface (small leak, loss of pressure and sluggishness). The WPJ technician who came was polite, on time, professional, fully equipped with PPE, and fixed all issues, that were revealed to be minor. We will use this company again.

WPJ did an extremely satisfactory job for me a few days ago. The problem was correctly diagnosed, the necessary parts were ordered, and the repair was executed promptly and efficiently. The very smelly WC smells no more!
Charlie did the actual repair and was great, as were the other two engineers who madethe original diagnosis, they were all professional, punctual and courteous, and communication with the office was good.
The invoice was very reasonable.
I have no hesitation in recommending WPJ and would certainly use them again.

I had my water boiler replaced with a brand new one. The company is close to where I live. I requested a quotation from them online. They gave me a call straight away. Half an hour later an engineer came to assess my old heater and discuss our requirements. An hour later I was sent a quotation which was better compared to others. Installation was done a couple of days after in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend WPJ.

Fiirst rate Company. Complete new Boiler and installation and repair of 3 pipe leaks and Immersion repair. Very efficient workman, polite, extremely tidy and excellent Supervisor. Office very efficient with advice of which Boiler was suitable for the property. One of the best Companies I have ever dealt with. Highest recommendation.

WPJ heating were recommended off the Worcester website. Really appreciate the team sorting us an appointment so quickly and the engineer did an awesome job of fixing our boiler when others were refusing the job (Main Heat Exchanger replacement). I’m out the doghouse now the girlfriend has had a warm shower 😂
