Not very impressed ay all!
I booked these guys to diagnose the leak I had in the shower room of a house that I let in Fulham and expressed that the matter was rather urgent as there are tenants in there and hence I need to resolve this ASAP.
The reason I called this company was due to the fact that my usual plumber has gone to Ireland on a long term project and I assumed that a local plumbing firm would be the very best next option to someone I had known for a while... WRONG!
For starters the ETA window I was given was 2-4 pm and as it was approaching 4 I called their office enquiring as to
