Went there today to buy doors. Asked female at cash point for a price list. "Don't have one, ask outside the make of door you require and al price that".
Got the name and went back to her to price and buy and she said " wait 5 minutes, am busy just now".
I wrongly thought that the most important part of business is to attend to customers to buy goods and that pays her wages.
Told her to forget it! How many doors was I buying.
Who cares - not her.

Honestly can't praise the staff here highly enough , rapidly giving accurate information on stock levels and guidance for collecting your materials, safe distance in force by means of barriers and staff… directions. prices are fantastic and haven't been increased like other reputable suppliers of timber. Great selection of timber, mouldings,decking and lots lots more. Make it your first stop for all things timber.

Pleasant place to do business. Friendly people who were happy to help out. Purchasing a car full of wood and filling the car up took less than ten minutes. One great thing is they are open later in a Saturday than most other timber merchants and they open a Sunday too when most others are closed. Really handy.
