If you washing machine does not have the drum clean feature you can still perform this maintenance by simply putting the machine on a 90 degree wash with nothing in the drum and let it run through.

We are happy to deal with you or the tenants directly, whatever suits your requirements! We will arrange an appointment to attend the site, assess the problem appliance and provide a quite for any work before proceeding.

Had an issue with a recently supplied washing machine. My interaction with Andy was very productive and very helpful.
Matter resolved with an engineer attending to replace the item, he was also a credit to your company.
Would definitely recommend due to the aftercare received..other companies take note, not just our money.!!

I contacted 1st Call on the weekend re a broken electric oven and a broken washing machine. They called me back first thing on Monday as they said they would and arrived on time on the Wednesday morning on time as arranged. They were effective, efficient, clean and reasonably priced - all fixed within the hour. Excellent service!

Fantastic service from the team at 1st Call Appliances.
We’ve used them 3 times now.
The first time was to look at an old dishwasher. The simple, honest assessment was that it was not worth repairing. No hard selling of a replacement, no over promising that they could fix it. Just a straight simple answer that saved us time and money.
We then called them back out to fit the replacement dishwasher. Again, simply superb service to fit it into the kitchen, and to go above and beyond to rectify some other issues which the previous installation by the original fitters had caused a number of years

I honestly can’t recommend this company highly enough- we’ve used them on two occasions, one to repair our washing machine and then on a later occasion to replace the washing machine and repair the dishwasher. I have spoken to nick and Andy, both so friendly and helpful. They have come straight out to us and on the second occasion when the washing machine had finally given up they were able to supply and fit a new machine for us the following day (worth its weight in gold for a busy household of 5!). Extremely competitive pricing and such a friendly reliable service from a family business
