Greg could not have been more helpful. He didn't have in stock the item we were looking for (cooker with induction hob) but showed us what he could order in for us, explained a lot about them and emailed the supplier to enquire about different colours. We haven't made up our minds yet but wouldn't hesitate to order from him. We thought a little High Street shop would be expensive but his prices were competitive, the shop is far bigger than it looks from the street and the attention and customer care vastly better than the out of town stores.

Professional and extremely helpful. When my TV broke down 2 days ago I was immediately provided with a set I was able to borrow while mine was assessed. 2 years ago when my washing machine stopped spinning I went into the shop to buy a new one. I was advised to let an engineer look at it and it was repaired cheaply and quickly and is still going strong!

Amazing service, friendly, knowledgeable, obliging and competitively priced. My sister, who had mobility problems, bought several appliances, a phone and a freezer from this local company. Each time she was able to explain her needs over the phone then Brown and Fincher would bring the product and install it for her if necessary. When she needed a new television they even brought a small selection so she could choose the most suitable one. That really is service.
