Our fully trained and experienced engineers are able to repair most types of freestanding & built in appliances. We deal with most makes and are authorised service providers for several manufacturers including Miele. Vacuum cleaners are repaired in our workshop & large appliances such as washing machines are repaired in your home.

We recently visited Homer Brothers Electrical to buy a few large applicances. We’re due to move into our first, post-uni, flat so had a really limited budget. Graham and his colleague (sorry, if you’re reading this, I didn’t catch your name!) were very helpful in giving us some fantastic deals. The money we saved genuinely helped us get everything we needed to move in comfortably. Their service was friendly, approachable and you could tell that they actually enjoyed helping us out - something that you never truly receive in a large chain store. Paid £25 for call out. Was told the dishwasher was scrap as needed a new PCB. Quoted £168.00 for the part plus fitting. Said I could get £25.00 off a new one and they take the old one away. Bought a new PCB direct from Hotpoint for £58.00. That's right folks ....£58.00 not £168.00, without any kind of trade discount. Took 10mins to fit, dishwasher up and running now. Would not recommend.

Gentleman in the shop was very helpful and knowledgable. However delivery and fitting not a great experience. Ordered an oven which couldn’t be delivered for four days, fair enough. However we then receive a call to say they had over booked for our planned day. So offered another date two days later. Changing our plans to allow for this we were Promised we would be the first visit at 9.30am, as obviously having no oven for over a week was inconvenient. At 10.30am still no oven and after about 15 calls no answer at the shop. When they finally did arrive, no apology! Not great service, which we

Would definitely recommend; not the cheapest place that you could find (smaller businesses usually aren't) but excellent support if there are any problems.
My first choice of cooker had to be returned because of limitations on my wiring system.
They were able to provide me with a choice of alternatives, and delivered the replacement at no extra cost (actually was slightly cheaper so I got a small refund).

I foolishly left some coins in my pocket and one managed to get trapped in between the drums, gave Homer Brothers a call and they quickly arranged for an engineer to visit.
Engineer was lovely, professional; polite and courteous and knew his stuff, soon worked out the best solution and fixed it there and then for me.
In summary; lovely staff and very good at what they do at very reasonable rates, I'll certainly use them again if i have a problem.
Recommended.
