If I could leave zero stars I would.
‘New’ Air Fryer delivered covered in oil, hair, burn marks and scratches. No instructions and box looked like the air fryer, like it had been used then thrown on a skip.
Honestly, do yourself a favour, this company is miss selling items and it’s not worth the risk.
I’ve contacted them for a return and contacted Trading Standards with the evidence, photos and videos. Let’s hope they shut these dishonest monsters down.

Caring for my elderly parents thought this would be a convenient way to buy a new microwave for them as easy access. What a mistake. First one lasted less than two months the replacement packed in 4.5 months later or so .. Took it back and was rudely dismissed by a sales lady and again on phone after contacting trading standards and following their advice. I ws told that's why everything is so cheap in there that's why only 6 months guarantee but consumer rights act gives you 6 yrs. Beware and totally avoid.

Absolutely fantastic, found this company whilst Googling for the item I've been searching for months to purchase. So happy I came across Kettle & Toaster Man. I purchased the Swan black retro 3 piece canister set, I ordered Saturday 23rd October and they arrived yesterday Tuesday 26th. I'll definitely be ordering from here again. Microwave wave brought less then a year ago does not heat very quickly and the microwaves just seem to hit one place so you have to move food to the sides to heat.
Was only offered repair at cost to me £15 shipping and £25 for engineer to look at. Only has 6 month warranty????
Looks like I’ll be buying a now Microwave but not from this site.

Based on the product sent to me avoid this company. If it’s too good to be true it probably is. Shame on me for trusting this ‘specialist’. Specialist in supplying sub standard product, not tested and potential dangerous goods. I knew it was a graded appliance but expected to arrive in good working order with perhaps, a few cosmetic scratches and tatty box. I purchased a beldray clean and dry hard floor cleaner. Their testing protocol must have been turn it on; does it make a noise? Yes it did, from the residual battery power but soon stopped. I assumed it just needed charging. So I plugged
