You can stay up to date with the latest safety issues about your products by registering them with their manufacturer or by checking the latest recalls.

We offer 3 months parts and labour warranty with all our appliances, unless you have extended your warranty.
All of our appliances come with 3 months parts & labour warranty as standard, this covers mechanical failure or breakdown, it does not cover customer misuse or accidental damage. Under our warranty terms, if you have collected your appliance from store, you will be required to return the item should a breakdown occur.
We operate a delivery service within our local area. This service is offered to customers within a 10 mile radius of our store. We may still be able to offer delivery if you are outside this radius for an extra charge, please contact the office for a quote. We aim to have your order delivered the next day, once the order has been placed, a member of our team will contact you to book a suitable delivery day & time.

Brand new cooker, 4 months old and its not working and they wont come and fix it, they want to charge my disabled sister to.pick it up, pay for diagnostic test, then pay to fix it, absolutely disgusting sercice, now my sister is.without an oven , then had the cheek to tell her she could buy a new iff them, dont think so, will talj to ombusman tomorrow, one guy said they patch these appliances up just long enough to run out of warranty and thats exactly what has happened here, people need ti steer cleae if this company

Paid £400 for a washing machine to get an error code within in the first month.
(Luckily I paid an extra 20 quid for the extended warranty)
Gave them the benefit of the doubt and had it taken in to be repaired.
Breaks again.
Big red flag so I ring up and say I would like to return this clearly broken machine.
They tell me I've had it longer than 30 days and it's my problem now.
They then offer to take the machine for a week and do 'vigorous tests' to ensure the machine is in order and working properly.
I figured I would not be able to wash clothes over Christmas but hey ho, a small sacrifice

Do not buy from these scammers. PLANET APPLIANCE sell broken washing machines under ‘refurbished’ labels. Only to be bodged up to last just long enough for your guarantee to run out. I bought a washing machine from these cowboys only for it to break down a month later. They picked it up for ‘repair’. Only for the same malfunction to occur another 2 months down the line!
If you only want a temporary solution to cleaning your clothes then by all means, purchase from these scam artists.. or save yourself the bother and go to a respected, reputable company.

I see this place has some bad reviews and if I had to, I would leave one too. However, an agency (P3) got me a fridge freezer and washing machine from here. Last night the w/m just stopped working half way through a load.
Today I reported it to them and I have to say I was gobsmacked. Out same day to collect, inspected back at their base, severe error on board found.
Before 6pm, they had given me a replacement w/m replaced, installed. I honestly expected a lot of waiting, a lot stress or a lot of ignorance, or all of it. But no, excellent service.
Maybe things have changed here ? Polite staff

My daughter bought a second hand cooker from them on the 14th June when we got it into the house we noticed it was badly dented and the ceramic hob was very worn and scratched, I connected it to the outlet with 6.00 mm cable ,I tried the hob and all the rings seemed to work ,when my daughter tried to use the oven a few days later there was a loud bang and the mcb for the cooker and the rcd for the whole house tripped.
I phoned them and they said they would not repair it and I would have to return it to them .

Do not waste your time!!!! Two washing machines bought within 18 months. One of which the drum had a huge hole in and completely flooded my house. I guess appliances can break down. Purchased another washer in November surprise surprise this one has now broken down. Their only answer is well its out of warranty. Or you can pay £10 for them to take a look and bodge it again!!!!

Sells refurbished white goods, some have superficial marks on them that would easily be his by a counter top. My last washing machine from there lasted a good 4 to 5 years and my tumble dryer is still going 3 years later. I had same day delivery for £5 with the option for installation for £10. Purchases come with a 3 month money back guarantee or like for replacement. 1 big draw back is parking is a nightmare!
