Not delivered on time, days late and with many telephone calls with customer service. Carrier had lost the appliance!!!!! No English instruction booklet although there were most other languages on earth. No guarantee info. However, customer service e mailed me the English instructions at 4pm Christmas Eve!!!!

They seemed to be a very well organised company we had contact with their driver and he did everything we could have asked of him. He also took away the old machine. Sadly he did leave behind all the packaging for this fridge freezer which as you can imagine was considerable. The packaging was left outside my garage and it all got wet from the rain so we currently have a big pile of wet cardboard and polystyrene sat outside our garage over the Christmas period. Not good.

Very bad delivery staff. They arrived, spent at least 15 minutes at the door downstairs with the machine, trying to start to take it upstairs. Then they left it in the middle of my kitchen, did not even ask, where they should leave it. I could not move it to the right place because of my back, I had to wait for my friend to help me. If I saw earlier, that they left there, I would have asked them not to leave in the middle. Either careless or just no brain, but for me, it was a bad experience of them. The machine is good, I can not complain. Would prefer dark green colour, but it is fine.

After receiving a damaged tumble dryer which I ordered from Amazon, I found Appliance Electronics via Price Runner for the same item. Their price was cheaper than Amazon and ordering online was easy. Delivery was estimated as 1-3 working days. Within hours of my order confirmation, I received a telephone call to inform me that delivery would be the next day! (Saturday). The delivery service was faultless. The delivery man wore a mask, kept a safe distance from me whilst delivering the item to my garage. He was extremely polite and helpful.
