Having used PH Services to repair my microwave 2 years ago, I decided to use him again when my washing machine stopped working this week. I contacted him and described the fault and let him know when I was available to be in. He got back in touch and arranged to visit the next day.
He turned up exactly when he said he would, got to work identifying the problem, explained the issue and what needed replacing and the cost and then carried the work out. We had a friendly chat while he worked and he got the machine working again for a good price.

Contacted P H Services today as I thought my washing machine was broken. After describing the problem over the phone to Phil he told me what he thought it was and said "Try holding the start button in for 5 seconds, while you are still on the phone." I did what he said and the machine was fixed! Somehow the child lock had been set, so the machine wasn't broken at all. I was really grateful that it fixed the problem for me, but sad, as that provided no income for P H Services.
