For orders which include profiles. Shipping via FedEx, estimated arrival 3-5 working days when order is placed before 4:00pm*. Next Day Delivery Orders must be placed before 4:00pm Mondays to Fridays to qualify for next working day delivery. Most of the courier companies/Royal Mail will require either a signature or pre-agreed instructions to leave parcels with a neighbour or a designated safe space.

We had an issue with an LED strip that failed after a few weeks. Despite changes in staff at Ultra LED's and me not replying to emails promptly, the lady I've just spoken to on the phone didn't make a fuss and went above and beyond to sort the issue. I got off the phone feeling she'd taken ownership of the issue and that everything is going to be sorted. Will use them again and would recommend them.
