We are a local family business covering South East London, we specialise in high quality extensions, loft conversions and other building works.
We carry both public and employers liability insurance and all risks cover for all our projects. You are advised to notify your current insurance company of the construction and to take out increased insurance to cover contents during the project. We are not able to offer contents cover for the duration of the build.
A week before your work starts, you will receive an activation email to your very own personal project account. You will be able to view your project, schedule of works, and print out receipts. As a cloud-based platform, this system can be accessed online with a computer or mobile device. Anywhere, anytime, you can login to the system and get information about the financials associated with your project.
