Awful service. My partner and I ordered a sink from
this website and it’s too big. When trying to return it they are trying to charge us £130 restocking and return fee... this is HALF the price of the sink. We are now left with a sink we absolutely cannot use and left out of pocket. It’s absolutely ridiculous - do not buy from this site - if anything is wrong they will not help.

Friendly & polite sales team who we found to be extremely knowledgeable relating to the brands & products displayed on their company website. After very informative telephone consultations followed by emails & quotations we purchased bathroom products for 3 x individual bathrooms. All the products arrived on the dates that we requested & were advised & were supplied with individual manufacturer’s technical/installation instructions. Originally made an appointment to visit the showroom to get some ideas for our new ensuite. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they set aside an hour to sit with me and my husband and go over our requirements and point us in the right direction.
Once we left we were followed up very promptly by email with ideas and brochures for products we might be interested in. Once we had decided on the products we wanted for the bathroom the staff were more than happy to provide a quotation along with images and technical drawings for us to correspond with our plumber which was very helpful.

After reviewing other companies websites we found that Luxury has a brilliant selection of alternative bathroom products. We ordered a complete bathroom suite with accessories which were all delivered within the advised 5 days. On receipt all the products were correct as ordered and when our installer required further technical and installation advice this was immediately and clearly provided. We would highly recommend this company and without hesitation use them again
