At the head of the company is a man - David Murphy - who has extensive experience in this industry. He is still very much 'hands on'. After all, with experience comes knowledge. And what a waste of knowledge it would be if he was cooped up in some little office. David Murphy started in the industry in 1980 as an apprentice engineer at British Gas, qualifying as a heating Engineer in 1983.
The service was fantastic from start to finish. Anton always kept in touch on text as to his arrival time and when he was here he was extremely professional and easy to have around the house. I did look after him with a toasted bacon sandwich and plenty of coffee and biscuits when he was here! All of your team are superb.

Mulgas came to service my warm air heating and to replace my kitchen tap and faulty basin taps and toilet syphon. I was extremely pleased with all the work done and the improved performance from the items in question. My engineer was professional, punctual, efficient and friendly. A very good experience.

Very easy to deal with this company over the phone. No menu of numbers, you speak to a real person who knows how to get you the help you need as soon as possible. Excellent engineers whose work is of a high standard and reasonable cost. We have used them for many years and recently had a new boiler fitted by them. First class service as always, very responsive and they spent a lot of time giving us advice.

George was very considerate and friendly, we had a house full at the time of servicing and he was exemplary. Very professional, wore his mask the whole time and took his shoes off to go upstairs. Sometimes it’s those small things that make a big difference!

Excellent service. We have an uncommon tank system which ensures consistent water pressure in a large house and when the water pressure started to drop off unexpectedly mid-shower, Mulgas were able to identify and sort the problem in the same visit. Thrilled to have found such a great firm and have made a note in my diary to book a boiler and tank service next year!

Great experience with a full gas boiler and radiator system install (x12 radiators) - was previously electric heating only. Dave walked us through process was fine for us to choose own radiator style, Mulgas sources them, Craig and Steve installed with minimum disruption, always polite. Chased into walls, insulated pipes in loft, connected to new gas supply, fitted extractor external flume through thick wall. Given bungalow all pipework went overhead so alot of loft work. No problems 12 months on. Would highly recommend - they don't just service boilers they install them(!)
