B&K installed the boiler in my first house in 1984 and have been my choice of boiler service company ever since. They are just the right size of company to give responsive, cost effective, quality installation and service. They have just saved me from a very cold 2021 Christmas when my boiler died the week before. They fitted me in at short notice and the system upgrade to a modern combi was neatly installed in 3 days now my house is warmer than it has been for years. Hamish (and his apprentice) ensured that I at least had running water and the electric shower was usable during the work. Highly

Quite brilliant service as compared with British Gas' offering. Came out within minutes of call to boiler breakdown (British Gas wanted us to wait 10 days without heating even though we have a service contract!). Identified problem within 30 mins. Said they would come back 3 days later to fix, but actually came 2 days later - that's service - and all fixed within 1.5 hours.
Great service, professional and competent engineers. Great back office support.

B & K Boilers were able to help us at short notice to install a new heating system in a rental property. Matthew Pibworth completed a very detailed survey and took time to talk us through all the issues we raised.
The heating engineer Hamish and his apprentice Lew, responsible for the installation, did an excellent job and worked hard to complete the work as per the schedule.
We will certainly use B & K in future

I had some dealings with British gas. A friend recommended giving the business to a local installer so I got a quote from B&K to compare. The price difference was well over 2000 pounds. My next door neighbor was having the same work done in an identical house, and their quote from British gas was 1200 different from mine. The quote British gas left us would have charged for a Hive which I already have, a £50 charge for boiler access even tho the boiler is accessible, and a few other examples.

We have used B+K for heating system service since we moved into Blackwater. When we began to have problems with a GlowWorm condenser boiler we were advised to replace the unit.
The work was done within a day, despite requiring the boiler to be relocated with the previous flue hole refilled with replacement brickwork.
The work was done unobtrusively and with minimum mess at a competitive price.
We always prefer to use local companies - B+K has a good local name as a reliable family owned firm.
