Services
Absolutely brilliant service, arrived early and then had to deal with more items than they were expecting. They did it with no complaint. We offer full packing and unpacking services as well as the dismantling and assembling of furniture items as required to fit out the door. We can place any surplus furniture into storage for later retrieval or deliver to charity if required.
We can store your items for just a weekend. You may require space if you are having a party at home, or for the end=of-year function at work. Our storage is based in the heart of Surrey. Simply choose the storage unit size you need - from 10 to 500 square feet - and you can expand or downsize when you need to.
Use our Man and Van Service for light removals or deliveries. If you don't have a huge amount of items to move, but more than you can fit in a cab, contact us for a set rate or we can offer an hourly rate. We can also provide you with packing materials, a packing service or any of the related ancillary services.
We are a Matterport Service Partner, which means we offer professional, quality and complete scanning services of properties. Queens Removals helped us move from our 2 bed flat to 3 bed room house. They were professional and efficient removing all items and furniture within 3 hours and unpacking took around 2 hours.
All large items were wrapped to protect them and they also laid down film and covers on floors and carpets to ensure there they were protected.
Overall a very good device, thanks for ensuring our house move went smoothly with no complications! Simon & Jenna

It's my third removal with Queens and my 9th in general. By far the best service I've used. The guys are really efficient, very fast, taking care of your belongings and they make everything seems doable! I even got them to change the position of the furniture a couple of times to make sure where I like them best and they did it in seconds. They are also very polite and good mannered in contrary with some people that did the job for me previously. As a loyal customer, they approved my request for a discount, which I found very human and was a great help for me considering the expenses of a new house

I used Queens Removals for moving house as well as for six months storage of my furniture. Charles and his team were highly efficient in packing my belongings and taking great care of everything. They disassembled my 'tricky' king size bed and packaged my furniture up for storage as if it were brand new. I found them to be punctual, efficient, hardworking, polite and trustworthy. They were also fantastic value for money and I would not hesitate in using them again and recommending them 100%.

Very impressed with the team at Queens Removals. Nothing was too much bother and all requests were met with smiles. The team were so fast and efficient and brilliant at getting all our heavy bulky furniture in and out of difficult small places. Recently I have moved house and used Queens removals. They were very helpful, very professional, no damage to any of my furnitures. The great help was, they dismantled the beds etc and assembled them after the move. They have taken care of the carpet and spread protective sheet as it was slightly raining, all my stuff were packed and was protected from marks,dust and dirt.They had a very friendly approach. The price was much better when I compared with other removals. I would strongly recommend Queens removals and would use them definitely in future if needed.
