Linen 4 Less

Do not order from this company! I ordered two pairs of cream curtains. One of the pairs arrived with a large red stain on it and threads pulled badly. The curtains were not fit for purpose at all. I emailed customer service to explain and I was told to return the curtains but that I would not be reimbursed for my cost of return as I am returning from the republic of Ireland.
I explained repeatedly that I am returned the curtains because they are faulty but have been told I must pay the cost for their mistake.
The quality of product and customer service from this company is horrific.

Please stay away from this place. I ordered through ebay the product came and it was terrible, I returned the order on 10th (ish) April 2020 still trying to get refund. Terrible customer service, didn't explain I had to get refund from ebay until it was too late as out of 30 days 😡 emailed linen4less numerous times got really abrupt replies from them. Stay away 😉

So pleased with my beautiful curtains from linen 4 less and so impressed with the super efficient service, placed my order on Wednesday evening and received my parcel on Friday. I will be sure to recommend this Company to friends, thank you.

The first curtains I ordered were too short by a couple of feet - goodness only knows what I was thinking. Phoned the company and spoke to a very helpful lady who explained what would be the best way for me to return the unwanted curtains and order new ones. Suffice to say within a very short time my new curtains were up and refunded money back in my account.
The curtains themselves are exactly what I was looking for. Only wish I found Linen 4 Less sooner rather than spending so much time trawling the net and finding nothing suitable.

When I purchased 2 pairs of the same curtains I was not made aware that in certain light there would be 6 alternating horizontal bands of red and green visible in the curtains. I have been told by Linen 4 Less that this is because they are of a 'woven design' and that I should have realised this - even though this 'feature' was not pointed out to me at the time of purchase. Linen's 4 Less attitude is 'thats the way it is with woven curtains, its your problem'. Just experienced a horrific experience with this company. I placed an order yesterday for a friend of mine and we used my card to get points as my friend she doesn't own a credit card. Today a lady calls Barbara called me and said that my order has been flagged due to different billing and shipping addresses and she started to ask me loads off personal questions over the phone which made me think that this is not a normal situation. Ordered some bedding for my daughters bedroom and a week later i still havent recieved my order. I was told the delivery company has left with neighbour which they havent. Also we were home and no delivery was attempted to us nor is there card to tell us that they tried to deliver.
When requested a refund was told by Barbara they have to chase up with delievery company and im supposed to just wait till then.
No order. Out of pocket and an incomplete bedroom. Awful experience. Avoid! !
