We provide a wide range of demolition services covering small residential to large, industrial and commercial projects. Every one of our projects is planned with careful consideration to both the immediate environment, where we make great efforts to minimise disruption to nearby businesses and neighbourhoods, and the environment in general.
Site clearance is the removal of all accumulated waste from an area to ensure that it is free from any hazards, obstacles or unsightly mess. This service is often employed when a worksite needs to be prepared for future development or when a previous development has demolished. We clear sites as part of the demolition process however we can also include additional waste clearance services should they be required.
If you are responsible for the demolition of a house, residential block of flats garages, factory or commercial property it is important that you are aware of your obligations under Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. Blue and brown asbestos materials were banned in 1985 with white asbestos (Chrysotile) outlawed in 1999.
