Demolition Report

All Select Demolition works are undertaken by competently trained and certified personnel providing safety critical, cost effective and time efficient solutions for a range of demolition projects for principal contractors and directly to end user clients. Whether working in small residential or large industrial sites all operations are meticulously planned in line with industry best practice and health and safety legislation.

Strip Out Report

Often working in sensitive situations and partially occupied buildings, we are able to deploy our team to work 'out of hours' if required to minimise any disruption to occupants and neighbours and to suit principle contractor and client requirements. All environmentally sensitive items removed during a soft strip are disposed of at licensed recycling or disposal sites.

Site Clearance Report

Select Demolition provide a carefully controlled and cost effective site clearance service. Following an initial consultation and site survey, our aim is to reduce project costs and shorten lead in times, therefore adding value and providing cost and time savings to principle contractor clients.

Boiler & Plant Report

Select Demolition provide the specialist skills required to decommission, dismantle and remove plant and boiler room machinery from a range of structures including roof structures, mezzanine floors and plant rooms including the removal of external cladding etc.

Drilling and Sawing Report

Diamond drilling, sawing and hydraulic bursting and pulverising operations can be carried out as an isolated operation or as part of a works package. We provide both wet and dry drilling and can utilise water and dust control attachments when working within sensitive / clean environments.
