Atlas Surveyors was established in 2007 by Nick Bennett, MRICS and Raj Ram Bsc(Hons), MRICS as a surveying practice specialising in valuations and condition surveys (Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys) of residential property. We have offices in Bedford and Milton Keynes and cover a large geographic area between the northern Home counties and the Midlands.

Nick Bennett has been a Chartered Surveyor for over 30 years and has experience with two of the leading private practices in the UK as well as with leading property owning companies and institutions. As a specialist Registered Valuer and residential surveyor he can provide advice on all types of buildings including Listed and historic buildings as well as the more standard types.
This type of Condition Survey is suitable if you large, older or run-down property, a building that is unusual or altered, or if you're planning major works. It costs more than the Homebuyer Report & Valuation because it gives detailed information about the structure and fabric of the property. A building survey does not include a valuation, but your surveyor may be able to provide this as a separate extra service.
Atlas Surveyors are RICS Registered Valuers undertaking residential valuations and surveys for corporate institutional clients as well as for individual clients. However our philosophy is the same. We aim to provide a quick, professional and individual service to all of our clients. You will always speak to the Valuer/Surveyor directly and our service will be specifically designed to suit your requirements and to exceed your expectations.
The simplest report is a straightforward Valuation Report for, amongst other things, probate, shared ownership, taxation or matrimonial purposes. A Valuation Report is not a condition report. We are RICS Registered Valuersand all valuations are undertaken in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Valuation - Professional Standards 2014, (the Red Book) and International Valuation Standards, where applicable, in all respects.

Very quick to respond to emails and always available to call, we booked a survey in no time and service was great.
We had to cancel the survey twice unfortunately due to issues with the purchase, but both times Nick was very helpful and considerate, happy to postpone first time round and second time when the purchase fell through didnt bat an eyelid at offering a refund, excellent service and will hopefully get an opportunity to use again.
