I had a broken cooker hood and a wall heater to install. Kevin came back promptly with a realistic quotation for this. (& it was the final cost too) Kevin has a very good name locally, so it was no suprise that he arrived on time, worked effectively and left no mess whatsoever. He'll be first call for the next job.

I have had a bad experience with this company, they came and carried out a survey at my property on a Monday, I then heard nothing, so after 2 days I called John to get an update, only to be told that he was waiting on Kevin to provide a report and as soon as he gets it, he would forward to onto me, well, another 2 days elapsed, nothing!

The finished work he did for me was left very untidy, it has since deteriorated so not happy. He dragged out the work and ended up coming back a few times which I felt was very unecessary as for the amount of work he actually did, I feel it could of been done in half the time! He wouldn't let me explain exactly what needed doing, wouldn't listen to me and just kept talking over me. Quite honestly, I just wanted him to leave, I found the whole experience very stressful having him there!!
