Before any work can begin in your loft space there are few very important questions that must be answered. The minimum head height between finished floor and the finished ceiling thatis acceptable is 2m.

We undertook a project with Visionary Lofts in 2021 for a L-shaped dormer conversion in SE22. We looked at larger providers but were impressed by the team and the quote. We are really pleased with our choice and the result of the build. Any project like this has difficulties come up from time to time but the best bit was having pleasant regular contact meetings, email exchanges and WhatsApp to resolve any issues. The workmen they use are well known to the team, polite and hard working. I would highly recommend.

We are very happy with the work provided by Visionary Lofts. They handled our loft conversion and renovated our existing bathroom. The final result is exactly what we wished for. We particularly liked how organised everything was: the careful planning, the weekly updates, the day-to-day management… That came in handy when issues arose along the way as with all building projects. Visionary Lofts completed the loft conversion in my flat in the Herne Hill in Summer/Autumn of 2020 and I would recommend their services without hesitation. Visionary Lofts are run by a really lovely team who work to a high level of professionalism. They managed our job very well, pretty much on time (during one lockdown and a number of people off work due to Covid) and on budget. The systems in place make sure customers are very much in control, all helped along with Kasia's great project management skills. The trades they employ, in particular the building, electrical and plumbing team work to high standards, and are respectful that they are working in your home. The external window company, Ali Glass who they work with, again, were an absolute delight

Visionary Lofts did a brilliant job of our loft extension, along with some other building and renovation work in the rest of the house. Generally easy to deal with and communicative, with the project management service making the process so much less stressful than it could have been - but the best thing about them is the quality of the work and the care that the both the management team and all the tradesman show. I would really recommend them if you're looking for a quality job and are happy to pay slightly more for it.

JP and Kasia and their team of professionals did a wonderful job of building our loft. I was 7 months pregnant when the project started and they over-delivered on time-scale, quality, attention to detail, communication and finish. We were expecting it to be incredibly stressful and it just wasn't. And they were very understanding of my slightly over-the-top pregnant demands! We couldn't be happier with it.

Whilst on site we’ve only heard wonderful things about the loft service JP Lal and Kasia Lal provide. The standard of work is fantastic and the properties look amazing.
