If there was a chance to minus stars then this would be it. Enquired about getting a quote 13th July. After chasing up on 30th July the email address on Google was wrong.
After then more chasing from.1st August we finally got a appointment booked for 17th August at 4pm. At 4.50pm we were informed via email that surveyor couldn't make as was still… at hospital in Leeds, 40 miles away from the property.
We enquired about rebooking immediately and after 2 weeks and more phone calls we and clash of calendars we got another appointment booked for 14th September. This time the surveyor was full

Mick Steele and his staff are very professional. He installed confidence from the first visit, showing a technical knowledge of Loft conversions that saved us architect and planning costs without compromising the final result.
All the tradesmen are highly skilled friendly and efficient who carry out their work with the minimum of fuss and disruption to the customer.
The price quoted did not change despite a few problems and any extras were carried out at a reasonable cost

This man should not be in business he's ripped my son and his partner off .. he's built a loft with no insulation his plumber made a mess trying to fit the ensuite... all have had to be ripped out and 'rebuilt by people who are competent plumber and builder .. PLEASE DO NOT EMPLOY THIS FIRM .. he left the loft in an unsafe state outing my son his partner their 3 children at serious risk ... BE WARNED...
