The company has to date completed over 850 conversions throughout Yorkshire and North Lincs. We operate 5 installation teams plus Electricians, Plumbers and Plasterers. Dennis is not a man who is true to his word, don’t believe anything he says.
Self-claimed expert (false advertising), can’t even make 2 small doors the same size, then has what can only be described as “a strop” when asked to put them right!
Rude, dishonest workmen.
Probably only successful because they dishonestly charge customers for materials they’ve used elsewhere.
Don’t know if they’re still using Trevor (plasterer) Jordan (staircase) but were still using them in people homes despite telling us numerous times they were getting rid of them because they aren’t very good.

Apologies to Dennis and his team, this review is long overdue.
We bought a bungalow to turn into a family home by converting the loft into 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
We had a few companies come out to quote for us, some which were found on check-a-trade and such like sources. None of them provided us with the professionalism, reliable contact or quality of pricing that Loftcon did. We were also happy with the options for payment plans which could help us bring down our cost, so understandably we chose to go with Loftcon.
Karl and Craig were the guys on site for us and we can't thank them

I contacted this company to get a quote around some work we wanted to do in our house. The first response was positive and we wanted to go ahead, so we declined some offers from other traders. But after this point, and despite several attempts and promises, we didn't hear anymore from the manager, and they basically made us waste our time. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this company.

We invited Loftcon of Beverley to quote and design a large loft conversion for us. From the outset the service we received was prompt and professional. Drawings were done for the conversion and prices were given.
I was a little nervous to begin with as it was such a large project, but was quickly put at ease by our Joiners Jordan and Connor who were both very personable and polite, tidy and extremely hard workers. We also had a complete re-roof of the property as well as a side dormer as part of the conversion and this again was done expertly and carefully despite some horrendous December weather

There’s surprisingly little information available online about the cost of converting an integrated garage into habitable living space or the extent of the work involved, and what there is conflicting. Most of the builders I made enquiries of, even those who had garage conversions listed as a service on their websites, were vague on both and slow to respond to calls and messages. We bought our own home recently and were keen to add a 4th bedroom by converting the Loft.
We spoke to a few builders but struggled to get definite quotes or any quotes we did get, were way out of our budget.
Dennis from Loftcon responded very quickly to our initial enquiry and straight away we were put at ease about pretty much every aspect of the conversion.
Unfortunately our initial drawings had to be changed due to planning permission for a front dormer being refused. In fact our drawings changed a number of times! None of this was a problem though, they were happy to keep drawing until

We are very happy with our loft conversion. It has transformed our house making it much more spacious and luxurious!
We we were totally involved in the building of the loft from start to finish. The manager of Loftcon was so helpful in advising us and modifying the plans we already had. Our loft was a dark, dusty space but now couldn't be more different, what started as an extra room for one of our children has become a large penthouse suite for me and my husband. We decided the village life was for us and our two children however finding the right house proved difficult. We could not seem to find anything that ticked all the boxes. That was until a two bedroomed bungalow came up for sale in Cherry Burton, perfect area, on a corner plot with plenty of garden for the kids to play.
