Through the increasing demands of our clients, PP O'Connor has developed a civil engineering division, which has rapidly grown, now being at the forefront of our on-site activities. From site establishment and preparation to designing and creating haul roads and access routes, PP O'Connor can provide all your enabling requirements.
As members of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors since 2007, PP O'Connor is recognised nationally as a leading contractor in the demolition and deconstruction industry. We believe the key to safe deconstruction is early engagement and careful planning supported by bespoke risk assessments and method statements.
Asbestos removal and disposal is a high-risk business and must be managed carefully by specialists to minimise the risks to the environment and people. We work closely with the HSE to ensure the works we undertake are done so in line with current HSE legislations and guidance notes, ACoPs and the recommendations of ARCA and UKATA.

I live next door to an employee in Halkyn, Flintshire, next to the church who refuses to park his van in his own drive. He is obstructing the view of oncoming traffic for my partner and daughter, there have been several near misses. When approached, the small grumpy man with a green flask acknowledged my concerns & moved the van. It is now parked in exactly the same place despite me pointing out the dangers. If the company reads this could you make enquiries as to why he does not park in a safer manner or even his own drive. If the driver would like to discuss the matter further he knows where

Came to deliver a skip for my neighbour. Unfortunately they managed to destroy all my plants by driving all over them and broke branches off a tree when trying to get a great big truck-clearly too big for the driveway. When I warned the driver that he was driving too close he still carried on without my knowledge. I emailed the manager with pictures of the destruction caused. He rang me a couple of days later and was quite abrupt with me saying that it wasn’t the drivers fault and I should have it out with the neighbour as they said it was ok to access. Our letting agent organised a skip to be brought to our house through P.P O'Connor. The first time round, the letting agent had not organised a roadside permit, so there was a load of confusion and the skip had to be taken back. The second time around, we encountered some considerable trouble with getting our neighbour to move their car. Both times, the men delivering the skip were incredibly friendly, understanding and cheerful, which made two very stressful situations considerably less so. We are so grateful - thank you so much!

Credit to PP O'Conner and the other companies who worked beside them to finish off the monstrosity on Regent Road. If only people could understand the whole project before hand went bell up from the previous construction company who one day just decided to go in the Administration!! This company had to takeover somebodies project and start from scratch - The company worked tirelessly throughout days and nights to get the job done. People should appreciate what this company have achieved.
