Jason was helpful and professional in all aspects on my underfloor heating project including changes I wanted on the flooring choice. A thing I particularly like about him is that he does what he promises and lets you know from the start what to expect. He is also honest about what he doesn't do.

JP is fantastic and would highly recommend. There is nothing that he couldn’t do and always found solutions to issues that cropped up which we had a few being in an old Victorian house that’s been converted. We even uncovered a fireplace in the bathroom! This did not put JP or his great team off…. they found a way to ensure we had the bathroom we wanted and actually exceeded our expectations. The finish and attention to detail is second to none. He is incredibly friendly, reliable, trustworthy and we can’t rate him or his team that works with him high enough. Thanks so much JP.

I have held off doing this review for a few weeks as I was hoping to out up photos of my beautiful new bathroom but I still haven't quite finished painting it....
The guys were amazing, keeping me updated with the progress as I was away whilst it was being done and making sure I was happy with everything ( I am.)
The work was done to a really high standard, exactly how I wanted and in the time frame they promised. Absolutely no issues and would happy use again.
I have had them out since for an unrelated issue and they were super prompt and sorted it on a Sunday of all days!

I have been using JP Home Improvements to carry out alterations at our property for almost 10 years now. I have always found the work to be of a very high standard. I never look for other quotes when we need any work carried out such is their high standard. We would very highly recommend JP after our recent experience. Another tradesman we worked with recommended him to tile the floor in a new extension. Out of three tilers we sought quotes from, only JP explained that the type of screed needed more time to dry before it could be safely tiled. We were very impressed by his honesty and professionalism and even more so by his work with the floor, which had suffered from an uneven finish. It's probably not far off to say he rescued it for us! We look forward to contacting JP in the future with help making further improvements to our home.

Jason and his team always arrived on time and were great at communicating the plan for the day. This was always followed up with a summary of the work completed before leaving in the evening. Despite the inevitable disruption of having a new bathroom installed from scratch it was great to have such a pleasant and considerate team doing the job. Jason expertly project-managed the whole thing and sorted out problems with suppliers, even going the extra mile for us and getting a better result in the end than we had expected. Fantastic service all round. JP really knows his stuff. He talked us through what we wanted and then sorted everything! You will have to book him up in advance- his team are busy well in advance for good reason. But when they arrive things happen. Can’t tell you how happy I am with the finished bathroom.

James and Paul undertook some minor works for us involving central heating radiators and fitting a cloakroom vanity unit. From start to finish they were helpful, knowledgeable and above all patient! The works themselves were completed with efficiency attention to detail and to a very high standard. They arrived promptly, worked tirelessly with good humour and on completion left the house clean and tidy. In short I have no hesitation in recommending J P Home Improvements.

We recently had two bathrooms refurbished by Jason and his team and we are absolutely delighted with both of them. The first thing they did every morning was lay covers down to protect the rest of the house from dust and damage, gave us prior knowledge of any disruption like turning water or heating off and kept this to a minimum. Any problems were… resolved effectively and we felt they guided us towards the best solution for the job and not the easiest solution for themselves. All work was carried out to a high standard and even hidden water and waste pipes were replaced where necessary

Had a leak in my bathroom while on holiday, JP provided the best quote for insurance and did a fantastic job repairing, as a result I got them in to re-modal the en suite - top company, top team. Recommend them any day!

Jason's attention to detail was superb which made the finishing touches just perfect. Very diplomatic in giving advice and suggestions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend his… work to others. If another project comes along Jason will be our first port of call. Some good entertainment both ways was enjoyed by all too!
