The team at Fab have just been amazing! Wendy and Peter were both very knowledgable about the flooring and so accommodating of the numerous date changes that we had to make for the floor laying (due to house build delays). The team really went the extra mile, with Peter coming out 3 times ahead of the laying to measure up and address our concerns around the floor level.

Always a warm welcome at Fab Floors. Loads of information and care given to a customer's particular needs and no pressure what so ever. It's very helpful to be able to see examples of all of the designs and various standards of the wide variety of floor covering available ....... and even be able to take examples away to view at home.
The high standard achieved fitting the Amtico flooring in our hall and the easy going, able and professional fitter was superb. We are delighted with the outcome.

We want to thank Fab Flooring for helping us achieve our dream parquet flooring! In very difficult times we wondered whether it would be possible while my husband and I were shielding during lockdown but we shouldn't have worried as we had fantastic support from the store staff who were able to supply us with numerous samples when the manufacturers reopened for business. Our questions and queries were answered speedily and efficiently. We couldn't fault the service we had from start to finish. Well done Fab Flooring, we ordered a lovely laminate floor from a great range in store, with carpet for our stairs. We are allowed to take samples and consider in situ. Very good fitter for laminate and also the carpet men did a great job. Very clean and tidy. Will recommend to everyone. Many thanks.

I rarely write reviews but felt I should do on this occasion. From the initial process of choosing a flooring up to the final installation the service was faultless. We owe a great thank you to Wendy for all the help and the patience she showed with our constant to-ing and fro-ing and for the numerous samples that were allowed to borrow. Then there where the fitters who were quite exceptional. They were prompt, courteous and could not have been either more considerate or more helpful. They spent great deal of time deciding on the best layout but also involving us with the final say. There was a

Highly recommend- Wendy was so helpful and knowledgeable - we ordered Amtico flooring from then and they were fantastic- they had done a quote for us too which was very competitive but due to how good they are they were booked up before Christmas and we had a deadline with a kitchen being fitted on December - but so pleased we could still use them to get our flooring from then which Wendy arranged to be delivered in 2 days! So grateful! Fantastic company - book in early!!

We're so happy with the outcome of our flooring. Our whole experience with Fab Flooring has been amazing, from customer service to the quality of the flooring itself.
The fitters did an incredible job especially as it's more complicated being in the herringbone style, its perfect and so neat, no scuffs on the skirting boards or anything - truly looks beautiful in our new home, thank you! :)

The old adage: “You get what you pay for” is certainly true with regard to our dealings with Fab Flooring. It is the most expensive floor cover that we have ever ordered and had laid. We had a bathroom and en suite laid along with the whole ground floor (apart from the “front room”) in Karndene. The en suite and bathroom with a tiled effect and the ground floor with a “basket weave” using the storm oak product. (Photos attached) The original appointment was for three days and a further day. This ended up with a further half day due to a change of plan requested by us. We dealt with

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. This was our second home we have had worked on by Fab Flooring.
We've recently moved in and refurbished so we have had the whole house installed with new flooring. Wooden Flooring downstairs and carpet on the stairs and all upstairs. We are so happy with the end result.
Nothing was too much trouble. From the showroom (Sarah & Dawn) helping us with carpet and flooring samples.They had everything and more of what we wanted.
Through to the full measure and then re-choosing (and borrowing samples a number of times). There was no hard push like you get

When Fab flooring came out to survey our floor for a Karndean floor, they told us that the sub floor laid by our builder was fine and that the self levelling compound that they would lay underneath the Karndean would level the floor out. We now have a very uneven floor, which makes the kitchen furniture wobble. Customer service was terrible, beyond belief. I would not recommend. UPDATE - Karndean offered to do a technical report, which they sent to Fab Flooring to send to us. Fab Flooring did not want us to see the report so Karndean changed the report so it would be in Fab Floorings favour. Here
