Ive updated my original negative review to say that MAP surveyors have recently kindly stepped in to re-evaluate their initial valuation to a higher figure that we found much more appropriate. I dealt mainly with Nicole who was friendly and professional and I would certainly recommend MAP's services.

Completely disappointed with the surveyor who valued our shared ownership property. He wrote down that our building was built in the 90s when it was 2012. The valuation was completely inaccurate with the current market and what it was valued at online. we wasted £230 On a surveyors report and pictures that are useless.

MAP Surveyors were excellent! They were speedy to arrange the survey and were very generous when my purchase fell through and I had to cancel a survey, giving me a full refund despite last minute changes. So of course I was more than happy to rebook with them. David, my surveyor was amazing, he called me up afterwards and talked me through the survey, very reassuring and helpful with such technical things! They really went the extra mile to make what is a very stressful process much clearer and straightforward. They come with the highest recommendation!
