A large selection of tubs in stock, an even larger catalogue to order from. No pressure & very informative, I was able to find the perfect replacement tub for the limited space in my limited back passage , or garden as most people would describe it.

The customer service we received from start to finish was fantastic. We got lots of useful information from Dennis who was very knowledgeable and helpful when we first visited the showroom. There were several different brands and products available in different price ranges on show in the showroom. Once we placed an order the communication was great and we had several site visits before installation. Del liaised directly with our landscape gardener & he offered help and advice on finding the best solution for the final installation. The installation all went well and we were given a detailed briefing

We called into clear natural spas after having a bad experience at another spa company and straight away what a difference the showroom is nicely laid out and the person we saw (Del) was friendly knowledgeable… and very helpful he listened to our requirements and showed us around the spas not taking us to most expensive but starting at the cheapest and working up the range giving us plenty of his time and never rushing us, even when we returned for our second visit not being quite sure between two we had seen he suggested a cheaper option that was coming in now that’s what I call customer

Excellent service from start to finish. One of the few places where you can see the hot tubs set-up and they know what they are talking about. We had purchased to finish off a general re-landscaping of the garden that was in progress. Del was very supportive in ensuring we had electricity placed in the right spot and access was fine. Hot tub was delivered in the timescales originally agreed and installation carried out by two very polite and professional engineers. Very detailed walkthrough of how to maintain with instruction sheet left for us to follow. Full set of chemicals and filter provided

Del gave us a full review of the Nordic Spa Cove Encore and answered any questions we had. At the time it was out of stock but he managed to obtain one a few weeks later. Delivery and installation went without a hitch. Provided with a full breakdown on how to operate and manage the cleanliness and chemicals used within the tub.
Very pleased with our purchase.
I am sure that all the family will make great use of it.

We are so glad we decided to buy a spa from Clear Natural Spas. The process from going to the showroom for a look round to delivery of the spa has been faultless. Del was very helpful from the word go and made sure we were kept informed during the short wait for the spa.
The delivery guys, Richard and Dennis, were also first class. From the tight fit down the side of the house to getting the spa up and running both were a pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I wanted to acquire a hot tub and Clear Natural Spas came highly recommneded by a friend. So we went to visit their show room in Tewkesbury. On arrival we were welcomed by Justine, who was approachable & very helpful in going through the various hot tubs available, after looking at the various models, we decided we wanted the Wellis Malagar, to our surprise they had one in stock, which was great as we would be able to get it installed within a few weeks.
