The purchase process was excellent with the option to visit the showroom after hours to try several different models.
The installation team were friendly but the commissioning process left a couple of outstanding issues due to a lack of diligence, however, both of them were solved swiftly by the support team and an outstanding issue has been taken up with the manufacturer.

We literally could not be happier , Fter making the decision to buy a hot tub we had confused ourselves with so much research that we were really unsure what we wanted. That was where Rob came in he listened he understood he never pushed or influenced us in anyway . The service from initial meeting, pre delivery inspection , delivery and then 2 week follow up call as been second to none . I can't recommend enough

Great experience with Oyster, sales staff had a breadth of experience and knowledge and we were able to quickly work out a tub that would suit us.
Good home visit to confirm everything to do with the install would go to plan. This ensured delivery was painless. Crew who delivered the tub were efficient, professional and quick!
I would have no problems recommending Oyster to anyone.

We popped into the showroom by chance and after a full explanation of all the hot tubs by Gareth, we put a deposit down. There was a wait for delivery and installation which was pointed out to us, but at every point, we've been kept updated and the installation was stress free and comprehensive.

Just taken delivery from of a Jacuzzi 435 hot tub from Oyster and cannot fault the service, Conor was absolutely brilliant in giving us plenty of advice on things to consider and the potential pitfalls to avoid to help us make an informed choice and buy a tub that matches our requirements perfectly. Throughout the process there was no pressure or… chasing from Conor, just plenty of advice and patience which given the length of time and number of visits we made before making our buying decision couldn’t of been easy for him! I have no hesitation in recommending Oytster pools to anyone

Our jacuzzi hot tub arrived after a very long wait due to the current situation and hold ups on site our end, not oyster pools fault.
Very happy with service, install and training given on water maintenance.

Superb advice over the phone to remedy a cloudy and over chlorinated above ground pool. Despite it being a novice mistake there was no judgement, just sound advice and patience. I then visited to pick up some chemicals and again, more friendly service. Really recommend this team and one day dream of buying a pool from them too. 👏

We were immediately greeted on arrival and… shown various models, given at least 45 mins advice in the process. There was no pressure at all to buy that day but whilst we’d seen cheaper tubs elsewhere, we were sold on the brilliant service we’d received and the time taken to explain everything to us.
So, we ordered the Apollo in April and it was delivered and expertly installed in June as promised.

What can I say! World class service! From start to finish and the after sales has been exemplary. Rob was superb when showing us around the show room and is extremely knowledgeable. Rob explained everything about the tubs listening to us and providing information. He never once said we should buy a specific tub regardless of price or spec he let us… come to our own conclusions. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Everything was geared to what was right for us. We felt very comfortable and trusted what we heard as it was very obvious that the service was as important to them as the
