The Cal Spas story begins 43 years ago at a crowded county fair. The year was 1978 and California Acrylic Industries was a Pomona, California based pool builder in need of a way to exhibit a large variety of pool designs in a small space. To solve this dilemma, the company created small scale versions of its formed acrylic pools and put them on display for customers.

Phil and James were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful in advising me what type of hot tub was best for me, I looked at pre-owned and also a few of the Earth Spa models. I even got to test soak a couple which I was deciding between. The test soak really helped me decide and there was no pressure to buy. They had a good deal on and I have my hot tub for a month so far. I use it everyday and love it.
I really liked the fact that Lakeside Spas included steps, cover, cover lifter and starter pack of chemicals once purchased. The installed it for free and did a free site evaluation to check suitable

Purchased a used Hot Tub, installed today during hurricane Barra… We can’t recommend this company enough. So happy with it ! The customer service from start to finish has been excellent. The ongoing support is also fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for these guys who are clearly experts in this field. Recommend visiting the showroom to see all the options available and speak to the experts they are very friendly and easy to talk to.

I purchased a used hot tub from lakeside Spas. Pleasant experience, no pressure sale. Delivery and install was smooth, they were very knowledgeable with regards to the products and maintenence routines etc. A small problem with tub after delivery, all sorted by visit by engineer. Overall very happy.

We looked at several suppliers of hot tubs around the South West. We researched each one and Lakeside came out top. Phil was very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy from day 1 and this continued throughout the sales process all the way through to installation. We have had our new tub for a month now and are over the moon. There was a minor issue with a light not working on day two but this was instantly rectified by Phil the next day. I would highly recommend Lakeside Spas!

I recently purchased a Jacuzzi J300 series from Lakeside Spas used range. Being a novice, I was guided to the right spa that matched my requirements and I found the staff were not forceful or pushy like other retailers I’d previously visited. Lakeside helped me make an informed decision on the right spa for me. Installation was a breeze, I was shown how to look after the spa for years to come and how to maintain the spa. We found Phil to be very accommodating when visiting the showroom- helping us to choose which hot tub would be right for us. He was very informative and happy to answer any queries by phone or text. Installation was straightforward (nothing was too much trouble for him and James dealing with our positioning requirements) and he has been happy to answer any queries we have had since. We chose them for both their reviews and because they are nearby for the service and after-care but have not yet needed to use it.

From the initial meeting to review Hot Tub options through to purchase, installation and after sales I can honestly say I have received excellent service from both Phil and James. Both gents are extremely friendly, helpful and patient. Installation was completed in a morning on a particularly hot summers day and both Phil / James worked extremely hard to ensure the user experience is positive. Nothing is too much for these guys and they spent some time explaining all the functions of the spa. I cannot praise the guys enough and have already recommended Lakeside Spas to all our friends and family
