Had my first hot tub delivered and installed by premium hot tubs last week. From sales team, installation to aftersales I have been very impressed. I have found them incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my spa products or advice. Highly recommend. Great local company

Highly recommend , from helping us choose the right hot tub, keeping us updated on delivery time, installing it and giving us advice on how to look after and operate it , and still now nearly 3 weeks on… nothing is too much trouble for them, any queries we have had on running the tub they take there time to help us, and even offered to come back around to run through everything again ( real newbies to hot tubs ) can not fault them at all . thank you premium tubs 😊

We paid an advance deposit for a swimming pool. But he has walked off the job leaving quite a mess and we ended up having to sue him - he and his partner have now settled out of court. The work quality was good and he had some good quality workers. I would not advise paying in advance given our experience and given the financial difficulties he seems to be facing.
