Harvey and Little Building Services is known for its successful project management of property and building schemes, large and small. We use leading edge techniques and processes to clarify, define and articulate project objectives before developing a clear path for delivery. We as Project Managers like to sit with our Clients, at the outset initially discussing their reasons for extending, in order to understand their aims & objectives.
