Bailand Contruction Ltd. is a family managed General Building company principally operating within a 30 mile radius of its headquarters in picturesque Dedham, Essex. The driving force of the Company is its Managing Director, Brad Lander, whose overriding business philosophy is that any job, large or small, should only be considered and completed as if it was his own.
