We are centrally located between the towns of Kings Lynn, Swaffham, Brandon, Thetford, Downham Market & Ely.
We have an onsite sawmill, capable of cutting timber to your specified lengths and sheet material to size, which can either be ordered in advance, or as a 'while you wait' service. With our own vehicles, we are able to provide you with a friendly, reliable delivery service. We are an independent family run timber merchant, owned by two brothers with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the building industry. The company started trading in 2005. We made the decision to start our own business after being made redundant due to the closure of the timber merchant where we had been employed for many years.
We stock a large range of products at our shop in Stoke Ferry, Norfolk. Please feel free to visit us where our experienced staff will help you find the right products for your project. I visited the timber yard today to buy some materials to make some shelves at home. I don't have the tools to cut wood to size - and even if I did - my skills aren't up to it. The staff were so helpful in making suggestions about the type of board I would need before preparing the timber for me. I would highly recommended Stoke Ferry Timber.

Awful company, everything is too much trouble 'computer says no' attitude, I Ordered Timber on A Tuesday over the telephone to be told that delivery was not going to be the agreed Wednesday but it would now be the following Wednesday, I said to hold fire on the order: Later on the Tuesday - May have been the Wednesday I placed the order online.
I was told on the following Tuesday that the items are now not instock would I mind if they were cut from larger sheets - Absolutely no problem!
I was then told I had missed this weeks Van and now would have to wait a further week.
