It was great to ask Trevor to repair our chimney. He did a great job on our neighbours and when we had the cracked chimney, I went to Trevor for help as the work on my neighbours has built up all the confidence on appointing him. It came out as great work again.

Trevor fixed a cavity wall insulation issue for us and we were so impressed with his work we asked him to come back and fix some brickwork issues with our chimney and blown render on the outside of the house.
He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all the questions we had which was so helpful. The quality of his work is outstanding going above and beyond what he needed to do taking time to fix other issues on the roof even when it rained the entire week he was here. Once finished he took time to thoroughly clean up so you would never know he was there, just the brilliant workmanship

Trevor and his team were excellent, very professional and I would have no hesitation recommending them.
We had bowties, cemties and crack stiching carried out, approx 2 weeks of works and the whole process was effortless. My family were in the house while all works were carried out and it didn't impact our lives in any way. Trevor kept us informed almost daily on the works taking place. Everything was complete when he said it would be and after works were finished internally you'd hardly know anyone had been working in the house.
I can't think of anything else Trevor and his team could have done

Trevor was an absolute professional in helping with some damp issues linked to insulation on the front of our home. He was easy to contact, replies promptly and turned up bang on time.

Trevor from downs property ltd was extremely profession efficient and friendly. he was nice and early completing the work in good time and extremely friendly considering the kids really enjoyed having a 'visitor' fixing the house having not seen anyone new for ages. Trevor came to fix and repoint the front walls of our house and has completed the work to a high standard and we would certainly recommend him to others and happily have him back for any other work required.
