I would recommend Hammond surveyors for anyone looking for a property. Myself and my partner currently rent through Hammond’s and we are extremely happy. We communicate through Aimee and she is incredibly professional and responsive to all of our queries. Anything we need help with and she is always there helping whichever way she can. (Aimee managed to gain permission for a 2nd dog which was something we never thought would happen)!!!
Any changes or updates are clearly stated through effective communication and nothing is a surprise.

Hammond Surveyors are highly recommended. They come with such a personable approach, as well as professional. It is so good to have that personable approach because it feels like I am not a business transaction and any queries as a tenant are always raised, addressed and resolved in a very efficient manner. I absolutely can not fault this estate agents. I have been dealing with a lovely lady called Aimee throughout my application process and she has been wonderful. I've been updated every step of the way and even when I felt I was being a pest and ringing too much I was reassured that it's fine and I could call any time for anything. Such lovely people in the office who would answer my calls sometimes and just overall a wonderful place to be working with. I look forward to a long tenancy working alongside these people :)
