DEC replaced my consumer unit.The site survey was on time and all aspects of the job were explained and discussed. The quote was promt and complete. The work was completed in a friendly professional maner.The workmanship was first class, neat and tidy. All certificates and paperwork were spot on.

D.E.C are a lovely team to work with. We have worked with them for several years now on site and have had them work in our personal home. All of the works carried out are to the highest quality, the team are very professional and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them for all electrical works, from changing a switch to completing an entire new builds electrical lay out. Alex and his team will work with you from start to finish to gain what you are looking for and are happy to offer input along the way, which is very welcome when completing a large project - who know's where to put switches

DEC saved me when I had an electrical emergency during the lockdown and it was difficult to find anyone who was prepared to come out. Even with their staff on furlough the boss came out himself and sorted the problem. He got back to me promptly to do a couple of non-urgent jobs as soon as restrictions eased a little, and then sorted out the replacement of a faulty new appliance with speed. Very good service and pleasant to deal with.

D E C is the most prompt electrical contractor I have been able to find in Oxford. They respond quickly to e-mail, arrange works promptly, and are friendly and professional.
