Rot is well, rotten and no one enjoys finding it eating though our buildings, but what is it and what can it do? Dry rot and wet rot can be found in any building new or old, however if it is found you should get it cleared as soon as possible because the fungi can completely destroy all types of wood, from furniture to structural beams.
Every spring and summer adult beetles emerge from wood after laying many eggs within the tiny crevices in timber, these eggs soon hatch and young grubs burrow into the timber where they will stay for the next two to four years. Sounds like a horror story doesn't it? No need to worry though as our team of experts are on hand to help you with your insect infestation, also known as wood worm.
Waterproofing your basement is incredibly important and can be a great cost effective and highly rewarding way to make use of the extra space without extending your property. To waterproof your existing underground structure, either waterproof membranes are applied to the inside walls and floors of the basement or by the use of drained cavity technology.

Outstanding service. Called to arrange an appointment and they kindly attended the same day. Very competitive pricing and we chose to use them solely due to the depth of knowledge they have which made myself and my partner feel at ease. The work conducted was excellent. Could not fault Luke and his team of workers for their professional service and approach whilst working at my property.

Quoted to carry out a garage conversion, had 3 quotes. He was the cheapest and carried out the work efficiently and to quotation. Gave a really good account of them selfs and the finished product was great. Luke and Richard worked great and got on well with the family which helped during this building works.
