Great product and support. Customers love our responsiveness and accessibility that Joblogic provides to us and in that way its a complete relationship. We have been using Joblogic for a number of years and whilst the software is intuitive, smooth and comprehensive any question, no matter how simple or complex, are answered very quickly and efficiently. I have to also comment that this includes online chat (which is incredibly helpful) but if ever needed Joblogic will find the people worldwide that will answer your question or put your mind at ease. It has taken a lot of setting up but we are finally live and with the help of Joanne, who has been brilliant, we have finally got there. It has been a long process but I am hoping now the information is there it will be a lot easier. I literally email and call every day asking questions as we are still getting used to the system but they have all been so helpful. Joanne is lovely and has really been amazing even when I am asking her 30 million questions a day. Now to get the engineers moving and we will be all set. Thanks again joblogic
