I've only experienced purchasing kitchen cabinets here and they were excellent. Mike is the man. He hooked it up as far as drawing it out and helping w the selections. He would even send someone to ur house to get the exact measurements. They will deliver the cabinets for me also. Great place.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!.Stay away from this store if you want buy a Kitchen,the person that supposed to messuare is Rudest person that i talk in my life!!!!.There is a lot of stores that do the same job and peope are polite.Never more!!!!

Went to buy a thermocouple for my boiler. Lady at service desk told me to go to isle 2 but I couldn't find it so I asked a gentleman in another area who told me to see Carlos in isle 1. Carlos was able to provide me with what I needed and was very nice and professional.

XLENT customer service. Knowledgeable people in every department, will answer all your questions, unlike the biggest hardware/🏠 store. It a 30 minute drive for me, but you leave there prepared for your project, with everything you'll need. No running back/forth. This is my only store for anything concerning my house.
They will also asnwer questions over the phone.
Oh yes, they actually answers the phone, unlike the two other 🏠 stores.
Very pleased I stumbled across them while looking for 400 Delancy. They're right next door.

If there would be a 6 star rating I would absolutely give it with our a blink of an eye because of ADAM.
For some one who has been in the industry for 20 years I can only say that ADAM is the only reason why I shop there. After shopping at many supply stores in the boroughs I look absolutely no further.
He is a very skilled , professional and courteous individual who knows his stock in and out. When he says delivery is coming at x in the am or y in the pm , you better believe that delivery is there. Sometimes I am surprised of how he multi tasks at the same time and makes sure your product is

I purchased a kitchen set an they delivered the kitten set with no box An no plastic around the item I will never purchase from this company again such a big company An they couldn’t wrap up my kitchen set I’m in total shock…! The never called that they were on there way for delivery they just showed up, An the sales person fixing my paper when I purchased this item was so rude An had such a nasty face..So irresponsible An negligent!! I was told this company was great I guess they were confused horrible experience.

Continental Hardware may not have the glitz of Lowes or even Home Depot, but they have all the hardware and supplies I have needed.
I have purchased electrical supplies, shovels, ant traps, adhesives, plumbing supplies, tools, lumber you name it. They have always had whatever I needed.
The staff is very knowledgeable and always seem to know where everything is, regardless of who I asked.
The only (slight) negative is the procedure for buying lots and/or large pieces of lumber is tedious, as you have to go out to their lumber yard adjacent to the main building and you have go through their inventory
