Our journey with the Kaushik and his team started in 2017 with a plan for an extension which subsequently resulted in a new build which we are coming to the end of.
We very much felt from the beginning that we were working with family who understood our goals, adapted. accordingly when needed and genuinely cared about the house as if their own regardless of size of project. Kaushik understood the vision from an early onset and familiarised himself with our lifestyle, career and family in order to provide the optimal home for us.

I gave my brief to several architects everyone of them said it couldn't be done. But not Your Architect Ltd they came up with a superb design that balled us over. Harrow planning rejected it but without any hesitation Kaushik Patel recommended we appeal it as he was confident, we would win the appeal. I bought a 2 bed detached bungalow and Ko and his team managed to get planning approval for a rear extension and raising a proper first floor, partially over this extension (almost doubling the living space). Due to issues within Hillingdon planning department, a decision on our application was delayed several months. Ko chased the council regularly, to the point where he involved the local councillor as well.

Kaushik helped us with the architectural plans and designs for our side extension. He was always very respoinsive, and helped us through the entire process from designing, submitting to the councils planning department to communicating with builders.
He has years of experience, knows the local rules and building control, and is always really pleasant and positive to deal with. It's really nice to have someone advocating for you and your interests when it comes to doing this kind of project, which can be stressfull if you do not have the rifht experts at hand. Kaushik has been extremely helpful from the start. We hired Your Architect Ltd for a loft conversion and Kaushik took on board all of our requirements and further improved on them where possible.
The council rejected our initial planning permission application, with their reason giving us a slim chance of a successful appeal.
